Refund Policy
● In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund, as per Terms and Conditions.
● We cannot issue refund after, if the user has viewed the contact details of someone's profile or contacted them.
● We can provide a refund before start of our services, once our services has been activated there will not be any refund in any circumstances.
● It's mandatory to upload at least one of your recently taken photographs.
● if we detect any illegal or suspicious activity, we may suspend your account without prior notice. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund of any subscription fees you have paid.
● if your account is suspended for any resion of elligal or suspicious activity, so you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
● If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
● In the event you terminate, Deleted account or membership, so you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
● If you have purchased a membership and you decide to delete your profile, please note that refunds will not be possible once your profile has been deleted in accordance with our terms and conditions.
